In the spirit of the UN Global Goals for Sustainable Development to achieve gender equality by 2030, the Nanoelec research institute has launched its “Awards for Women in Technological Research” on March 8, 2022 (International Women’s Rights Day).
The thirteen candidates are invited to present themselves to the jury and the public on June 23, 2022 (International Women Engineers Day). They will talk about their job, their role and share their passion. They will show us that even if men are in the majority in the electronics industry, women have their place. The aim of the operation is twofold: to demonstrate the importance of women’s involvement in research and to encourage young people to take up the profession.
