Le smartpixel, combinant des microLEDs avec un driver CMOS permettra de relever certains d\u2019entre eux, en particulier en terme de performances de pilotage et de simplification du transfert de masse des pixels<br \/>\nDans son programme Displed, Nanoelec d\u00e9veloppe une approche d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment disruptive, avec un pixel microLED RGB compact, enti\u00e8rement pilot\u00e9 par un CMOS (le smart-pixel),\u00a0 \u00a0qui est fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une technique unique de collage hybride direct dite plaque-\u00e0-plaque. L\u2019objectif du programme est de d\u00e9montrer la faisabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle industrielle du concept de pixel intelligent. Le projet est bas\u00e9 sur la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une cha\u00eene de valeur qui se concentre sur des \u00e9tapes sp\u00e9cifiques : assemblage de plaquettes microLED et de plaquettes CMOS, technologies pour le transfert de masse des composants du pixel intelligent sur un substrat. Nous avons \u00e9tudi\u00e9 deux solutions de transfert de masse (d\u00e9collement au laser de matrices de 110\u00d7110\u03bcm\u00b2 et pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement de matrices d\u2019une taille de 75\u03bcm). Nous avons \u00e9galement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une perc\u00e9e dans le domaine de l\u2019int\u00e9gration 3D gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie de d\u00e9collement des couches \u00ab NanoCleave \u00bb.
