Celles-ci sont les principales cibles de l\u2019outil Easytech qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit pour dynamiser leur processus d\u2019innovation. Les PME\/ETI\/startup de tout secteur peuvent ainsi acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des briques technologiques avanc\u00e9es dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9lectronique, et la micro-nano \u00e9lectronique et par la m\u00eame se diversifier, am\u00e9liorer leurs produits existants, leur processus de fabrication et leur comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9. Ce diagnostic (baptis\u00e9 Defi-Ino), une fois d\u00e9ploy\u00e9, doit permettre de contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019atteinte des objectifs environnementaux des politiques publiques d\u2019innovation et de doter les entreprises b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires d\u2019avantages concurrentiels pour r\u00e9ussir leurs innovations.<\/p>\n<p>Le diagnostic qui est en train d\u2019\u00eatre mis en place aujourd\u2019hui est rapide et peu couteux\u00a0; il ne se substitue pas \u00e0 une analyse d\u2019impact environnemental en tant que telle, ni une analyse de cycle de vie (ACV). Il se veut \u00eatre une simple \u00e9valuation, susceptible d\u2019initier, pour l\u2019entreprise, un engagement dans une \u00e9tude plus pouss\u00e9e et vers une \u00e9volution de sa culture de responsabilit\u00e9 environnementale, et est de plus en plus un pr\u00e9requis pour une entreprise qui sollicite d\u2019autres fonds publics. Le temps que devra y passer l\u2019entrepreneur ainsi que le co\u00fbt ne doit pas \u00eatre un frein.<\/p>\n<p>Le diagnostic flash Defi-ino int\u00e8gre quatre dimensions\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une approche cycle de vie,<\/li>\n<li>Une vision syst\u00e9mique,<\/li>\n<li>Une compr\u00e9hension des transferts d&#8217;impact,<\/li>\n<li>Une analyse selon les trois dimensions du d\u00e9veloppement
