Ces mod\u00e8les sont ensuite \u00ab adapt\u00e9s \u00bb pour r\u00e9aliser des t\u00e2ches plus sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 partir d\u2019ensembles de donn\u00e9es plus restreints (<i><em style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">downstream tasks<\/em><\/i>). L&#8217;apprentissage f\u00e9d\u00e9r\u00e9 est une solution frugale et agile qui permet \u00e0 plusieurs clients d&#8217;adapter collaborativement ces mod\u00e8les sans partager leurs donn\u00e9es qui peuvent \u00eatre priv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-asw-org-font-size=\"16\">Cependant, cette approche pr\u00e9sente plusieurs menaces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, notamment son int\u00e9grit\u00e9 via les attaques par \u00ab porte d\u00e9rob\u00e9e \u00bb qui consistent \u00e0 injecter un comportement malveillant via l&#8217;entra\u00eenement de clients compromis, on parle d\u2019empoisonnement de r\u00e9seaux de neurones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-asw-org-font-size=\"16\">En permettant de mieux comprendre les m\u00e9canismes intrins\u00e8ques de ce type d&#8217;attaque, l\u2019\u00e9tude des \u00e9quipes du CEA mobilis\u00e9es dans le cadre du programme Nanoelec\/Pulse ouvre la voie \u00e0 l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019apprentissage f\u00e9d\u00e9r\u00e9 dans un contexte d\u2019adaptation de grands mod\u00e8les.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-asw-org-font-size=\"16\"><i><em style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">\u00ab\u00a0Notre \u00e9tude se concentre sur la \u00ab\u00a0Low Rank Adaptation\u00a0\u00bb, une m\u00e9thode d&#8217;adaptation de mod\u00e8le utilisant peu de ressources et qui a une influence sur ce type d&#8217;attaque. Nous \u00e9tudions \u00e0 la fois l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 d&#8217;injection et la dur\u00e9e de vie de la porte d\u00e9rob\u00e9e, des caract\u00e9ristiques critique en apprentissage f\u00e9d\u00e9r\u00e9, qui peuvent varier en fonction du sc\u00e9nario d&#8217;attaque et de la capacit\u00e9 de l&#8217;attaquant.
