S\u2019agissant de la photonique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, les partenaires de Q-Loop sont le CNRS, le CEA, Siemens EDA, STMicroelectronics et l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Grenoble-Alpes (UGA).
