A l\u2019occasion de l\u2019\u00e9dition 2021 du rapport d\u2019activit\u00e9 public de l\u2019institut, elles font le point sur le contexte et les d\u00e9fis du programme.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9lectronique est un domaine d\u2019une intensit\u00e9 technologique particuli\u00e8re, confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des enjeux nationaux et europ\u00e9ens majeurs en termes de souverainet\u00e9 et de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des entreprises. Les objectifs \u00e9cosyst\u00e9miques de la fili\u00e8re industrielle associ\u00e9e ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finis lors de la signature du contrat du Comit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique de fili\u00e8re avec les pouvoirs publics le 15 mars 2019 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintenir l\u2019excellence technologique en acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant les efforts de recherche, d\u00e9veloppement et innovation, notamment dans le domaine num\u00e9rique ;<\/li>\n<li>Adapter les comp\u00e9tences et les formations en anticipant l\u2019\u00e9volution des besoins et accompagner la reprise pour que l\u2019offre corresponde \u00e0 la demande ;<\/li>\n<li>Renforcer l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 d\u2019une carri\u00e8re dans l\u2019industrie de la micro\u00e9lectronique et d\u2019une technologie comp\u00e9titive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces enjeux sont porteurs de besoins sp\u00e9cifiques, en termes de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, ce qui est l\u2019une des motivations du programme de formation IRT Nanoelec : rapidit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9volution des comp\u00e9tences ; apparition de nouveaux m\u00e9tiers rapidement sous pression (\u00e9volution rapide des march\u00e9s) ; besoin d\u2019une vision plus large int\u00e9grant la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019interface avec des secteurs applicatifs comme l\u2019\u00e9nergie, la sant\u00e9 ou la mobilit\u00e9. Dans ce contexte, ce programme Nanoelec\/Capital humain et ing\u00e9nierie de formation est sp\u00e9cifiquement positionn\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins du secteur de l\u2019\u00e9lectronique en phase avec l\u2019exigence d\u2019excellence acad\u00e9mique et de progr\u00e8s technologique port\u00e9e par les laboratoires scientifiques et les organismes de formation du consortium Nanoelec. Une deuxi\u00e8me caract\u00e9ristique de ce programme est son caract\u00e8re transversal : il couvre l\u2019ensemble des besoins en comp\u00e9tences, de la technologie \u00e0 sa diffusion sur les march\u00e9s et, de plus en plus, au d\u00e9veloppement durable.
