With the continued evolution of 3D technologies in terms of interconnect density and its evolving manufacturing eco-system, there is a strong need to pursue the research efforts on key aspects of architecture and design, according to the potential capabilities offered by 3D integration.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/hashtag\/?keywords=nanoelec&amp;highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7044743360326070272\" data-attribute-index=\"2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">#Nanoelec<\/a>\u00a0supports the DATE 3D Integration Workshop.
