Founding member of the institute since 2012, Mentor Graphics has been particularly involved in the 3D and photonics programs. Mentor Graphics, a Siemens business, is one of the worldwide Electronic Design Automation (EDA) leaders providing its semiconductor and system customers across many industry verticals with software tools and solutions to design faster, better and safer electronic products in a more cost-effective way.
This year, the company is joining the PowerGan program consortium of the IRT Nanoelec. Mentor Graphics will bring to the program its capacity to build a Digital Twin of GaN power converter enabling system and technology co-optimization, test its accuracy against measurements and use it along the full life cycle, getting ready to face the acceleration of the market.
